What we collect
What you give us (name, property address, phone, email, your situation and notes); call details (your number, time, a transcript and/or recording of the call, and notes taken by our AI assistant); technical data from the form (IP address, browser user agent, time of submission, and your consent choice).
How we use it
To evaluate your property, contact you about your request, keep records of your consent and opt-outs, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We may buy your property ourselves or assign our purchase contract to another buyer. If we do, we share the property details and your contact information with that buyer, and with the title company, only for that transaction. We do not share your phone number or your consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Calls, texts and AI
Calls to our number may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded or transcribed. If you checked the consent box, you agreed to calls and texts as described next to it; consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can revoke consent at any time by telling us, replying STOP to a text, or calling us. Text HELP for help.
Service providers
We use providers to operate the phone line, AI assistant, hosting and storage (for example a telephony provider and an AI voice provider). They process data only to provide those services to us.
Retention and security
We keep lead and call records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal record-keeping (consent and do-not-call records are kept for at least 5 years). We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling or texting (573) 615-4843. We will keep a do-not-contact record so we can honor your request.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
